Grafton Primary Combine Craft Project
This project is a partnership project with Grafton School and is funded by Cripplegate foundation N.R F.
The project has been going on for 3 years and next one will be starting in Oct 2nd 08 for new in take.
This project is a community cohesion Combine Sewing Patten/ Craft project, all parents to the school and local people are welcome...
It is a once a week 9; 30 to 12:30 every Friday school term time only.
Women learn sewing pattern cutting, printing, designing, and dress making, cushions covers , kitchen gloves as well as aprons ects.
The idea is women learn together and speak English together, which support their understanding of English language
This project is taught by professionals British awarding winning Designers.
Exhibition is held for the parents (WOMEN) Achievement and certificate awards in June/July. Which This year the Exhibition will be part of the International school day.
